Recipe : black pepper udon noodles

what you need ??


  • carrots                                                  50g         shredded
  • water                                                    5             tablespoons
  • chicken breast                                      100g       sliced
  • olive oil                                                 3            tablespoons
  • udon noodles                                        400g
  • green pepper                                        100g       sliced
  • onions                                                  1            sliced
  • HARI-HARI Favourites Balck Pepper mix            1 sachet

                                           method

  1. In a wok, heat oil and fry onion until slightly caramelised.
  2. Stir in chicken meat and carrot, fry until meat is cooked.
  3. Then add green pepper and udon noodles, fry until the vegetables are slightly cooked.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in MAGGI Black Pepper Mix, water and olive oil. Stir well
